Alabama Fizz Recipe

• 1 x juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 2 ounce Gin
• Club Soda

1. Shake well with cracked ice and strain into highball glass over two ice cubes.
2. Fill with club soda.
3. Garnish with two sprigs fresh mint.
