Tomato-Feta Salad B-H-G

  1. Dressing:
  2. In a screw-top jar combine green onions, oil, vinegar, mustard, and pepper.
  3. Cover and shake well.
  4. Chill until needed.
  5. To Serve:
  6. NOTE: use red and/or yellow tomatoes.
  7. Stack tomato slices.
  8. Top with feta cheese.
  9. Shake dressing; drizzle over tomatoes.
  10. Serve with cucumbers.
