Beef Enchilada Bean Dip
- 1/2 pounds Ground Beef Or Turkey
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Taco Seasoning
- 16 ounces, weight Canned Refried Beans
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Diced Green Chiles
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Canned Sliced Olives
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain fat, add the taco seasoning and cook per instructions on the envelope.
- Take a 9x9 dish and spread the refried beans, covering the bottom of the pan.
- Once ground beef is finished, layer it on top of the beans.
- Sprinkle on the chiles and cheese, then top with enchilada sauce.
- Cook at 350F for 20 minutes.
- Add olives and sour cream.
- Serve with tortilla chips or fill tortillas for a burrito!
