Beef Enchilada Bean Dip

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain fat, add the taco seasoning and cook per instructions on the envelope.
  3. Take a 9x9 dish and spread the refried beans, covering the bottom of the pan.
  4. Once ground beef is finished, layer it on top of the beans.
  5. Sprinkle on the chiles and cheese, then top with enchilada sauce.
  6. Cook at 350F for 20 minutes.
  7. Add olives and sour cream.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips or fill tortillas for a burrito!
