North of the Border Guacamole Dip
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 md. avocados
- 1 md. tomato, chopped
- 1 md. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilles
- 3/4 cup diced Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- Whip cream cheese until smooth and creamy; add a little milk if necessary.
- Chop avocado and add to cream cheese mixture; beat again.
- Fold in tomato, onion and lemon juice.
- Add chilies, cheese, garlic powder and Tabasco.
- Serve with corn chips.
