North of the Border Guacamole Dip

  1. Whip cream cheese until smooth and creamy; add a little milk if necessary.
  2. Chop avocado and add to cream cheese mixture; beat again.
  3. Fold in tomato, onion and lemon juice.
  4. Add chilies, cheese, garlic powder and Tabasco.
  5. Serve with corn chips.
