Sauerkraut Meatballs Recipe

• 2 pound grnd beef or possibly turkey
• 1 pkg. onion soup mix
• 1 egg
• 1 c. sauerkraut
• 1/2 c. cranberry sauce
• 1 bottle chili sauce
• 1 bottle water
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 1/3 c. catsup

1. Mix grnd meat, onion soup mix and egg, then form into balls.
2. Cook in skillet.
3. Heat other ingredients together and pour over meatballs in a casserole dish.
4. Bake uncovered 2 hrs at 325 degrees.
