shredded chicken burritos
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 packages onions and bell peppers thawed and drained.or fresh sauteed
- 5 chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 1 tbsp cumin 1/2 tbs chili powder 1/4tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese as much as you want enough for filling and topping
- 1 can 28 oz? or large can tomato puree
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- preheat oven 350F and spray a casserole dish large enouhh to fit desired amout of burritos in with non stick.
- spread a bit of tomato puree with spices at the bottom of ur dish
- add spices into shredded chicken and mix well
- place a line of shredded chicken down the edge maybe 4 tbs worth remember u still have to add more things and be able to roll it
- add a few chopped green chillies bell pepper and onion mixture and a tablespoon of shredded cheese
- roll tortilla with filling burrito style I fold my ends in and roll the side over to the other end
- mix together tomato puree and spices
- place burritos in casserole dish top with all sauce and more cheese
- bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and sauce looks thicker
