Fillet Steak With Red Wine, Chilli and Parmesan

  1. Season steak well.
  2. Heat butter and oil in pan and cook steak as desired.
  3. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Add wine and collect all tasty bits of steak left in the pan.
  5. Plate the mash, top with steaks, spoon over the wine sauce, scatter with chilli, parmesan and parsley.
  6. Yum!
