Cheese Casserole
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 12 cups grits
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, grated
- 34 cup margarine
- Beat and set aside eggs, seasoned salt, salt, Tabasco sauce and paprika.
- Cook grits in 6 c boiling water for 25 minutes.
- Add Velveeta cheese and margarine to cooked grits.
- Add egg mixture.
- Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 250 (yes that's two fifty) for one hour.
