Peachy Pork Picante

  1. Cube pork.
  2. Pour taco seasoning into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag.
  3. Add pork and shake bag until pork is covered with seasoning.
  4. Lightly cover bottom of a skillet with cooking oil of your preference.
  5. Add pork/seasoning mixture to skillet.
  6. Brown.
  7. When pork is brown, add picante and preserves and simmer until the pork is pork tender.
  8. Serve with white or Mexican rice.
