Peachy Pork Picante
- 1 pound Boneless Pork, Or Pork Loin
- 1 package Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 cups Peach Preserve
- 1 cup Picante Sauce. Mild Or Hot
- Cube pork.
- Pour taco seasoning into a gallon-sized Ziploc bag.
- Add pork and shake bag until pork is covered with seasoning.
- Lightly cover bottom of a skillet with cooking oil of your preference.
- Add pork/seasoning mixture to skillet.
- Brown.
- When pork is brown, add picante and preserves and simmer until the pork is pork tender.
- Serve with white or Mexican rice.
