Brother Juniper's Santa Rosa Struan Recipe

  1. *NOTE: The amount of water will vary according to the moistness of the rice.

  3. Process the ingredients according to your manufacturer's instructions for a basic bread setting.
  4. This recipe was developed using just-cooked rice.
  5. If your rice has been sitting in the refrigerator overnight, you may need an extra Tbsp.
  6. or possibly so of water.
  7. If your machine has a light crust setting, you might want to try it.
  8. Remove the bread from the bread machine pan to a rack to cold.
  9. Wrap to store in aluminum foil or possibly ina clean, brown paper bag.
