Easy Eclair Dessert
- 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages French vanilla instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 lb graham cracker
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting
- Mix milk and pudding.
- Fold in entire tub of cool whip and stir.
- In a 9x13 pan, layer grahams and alternate pudding mixture, grahams, pudding -- finishing with another layer of grahams.
- Microwave frosting on high for 1 minute and pour over top of grahams, spread until smooth.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve with a large spoon.
