Easy Fajita Pizza
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
- 1 small (1/2 cup) onion, sliced
- 1 small (1/2 cup) red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small (1/2 cup) green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 pound sliced deli roast beef, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 (4- to 4.4-ounce) pre-baked Naan flatbreads*
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Hot Pepper Cheese, each cut into strips
- Chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
- Melt butter in 10-inch no-stick skillet over medium high heat until sizzling; add onion, peppers and garlic.
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
- Stir in beef strips, chili powder, cumin and salt.
- Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
- Divide meat mixture evenly among breads.
- Top with cheese strips and cilantro, if desired.
- Turn off 1 side of gas grill.
- Place pizzas onto unheated side.
- Close lid; grill 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through.
- *Substitute 3 (3- to 3.5-ounce) Naan flatbreads.
