Easy Fajita Pizza

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch no-stick skillet over medium high heat until sizzling; add onion, peppers and garlic.
  2. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender.
  3. Stir in beef strips, chili powder, cumin and salt.
  4. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1-2 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
  5. Divide meat mixture evenly among breads.
  6. Top with cheese strips and cilantro, if desired.
  7. Turn off 1 side of gas grill.
  8. Place pizzas onto unheated side.
  9. Close lid; grill 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through.
  10. *Substitute 3 (3- to 3.5-ounce) Naan flatbreads.
