Feta Cheese Burger

  1. Preheat grill to med-high.
  2. Procfess feta, cream cheese, and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add peperoncini, scallions, zest, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pulse to coarsely chop; set aside.
  5. Shape ground chuck into eight 4 oz.
  6. portions on wax paper, using a fork to form them into patties the shape of the hoagie rolls.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  8. Top 4 patties with a slice of onion.
  9. Cover with the remaining patties, seal edges with a fork, and season again.
  10. Grill burgers on an oiled grate 4 min; flip and cook 2 min more.
  11. Top each burger with 1/4 cup Feta Sauce; Grill 2 minute longer.
  12. Serve burgers on rolls with lettucce, tomato, and cucumber.
