Grilled Mackerel With Summer Vegies
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons basil, Chopped
- 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 big zucchini
- 12 cup fava beans
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 12 tablespoon salt and black pepper
- 400 g mackerel
- 4 tablespoons white wine
