Banana Jam (Jamaican) Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake in warm oven for 1 hour.
  3. Allow to cold.
  4. Use as desired.
  5. Zosha's note: This appears to be used as a refrigerator jam, I do not see why you couldn't process in a boiling water bath.
  6. Unfortunately, no yeild is listed.
  7. I would put the almond extract in last after the cooking process.
