Peanut Butter Heath Bar Quinoa Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in Heath bar bits.
  6. Spoon heaping tablespoon balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Press down with fork.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until starting to brown.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire rack for 5 more minutes.
