Spring Cabbage & Soy Milk Pasta
- 80 grams Uncooked pasta
- 50 grams Chopped spring cabbage
- 2 slice Bacon
- 70 grams @ Soy milk or milk
- 1 generous 1/2 teaspoon @ Awase miso
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 dash Black pepper
- Combine the @ ingredients and set aside.
- Boil the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Slice the bacon as you like.
- Add olive-oil to the pan (not listed in ingredients above), and stir-fry the bacon with the chopped cabbage.
- Season lightly with salt.
- Add the @ ingredients to the frying pan, and bring everything to a boil.
- Then, turn up the heat and add the boiled pasta.
- Quickly mix everything together, and season with soy sauce.
- Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and garnish with black pepper.
