Crispy Breaded Garlic-Soy Sauce Chicken
- 1 Chicken breast or thigh meat
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 5 tbsp Panko
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp or more Oil
- Skin the chicken and cut it into bite sized pieces.
- If the chicken is very thick, slice it into half lengthwise.
- Put the chicken and ingredients in a plastic bag and rub in well.
- Push the air out of the bag, close it and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Put the ingredients marked in another bag and shake to mix well.
- Put the drained marinated chicken from Step 2 into the breadcrumb back from Step 3 and shake well to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the breaded chicken over medium heat slowly.
- If you are using an IH cooker, cook on level 4.
- When both sides are golden brown, they're done!
