Crispy Breaded Garlic-Soy Sauce Chicken

  1. Skin the chicken and cut it into bite sized pieces.
  2. If the chicken is very thick, slice it into half lengthwise.
  3. Put the chicken and ingredients in a plastic bag and rub in well.
  4. Push the air out of the bag, close it and marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Put the ingredients marked in another bag and shake to mix well.
  6. Put the drained marinated chicken from Step 2 into the breadcrumb back from Step 3 and shake well to coat evenly.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the breaded chicken over medium heat slowly.
  8. If you are using an IH cooker, cook on level 4.
  9. When both sides are golden brown, they're done!
