Banana Apricot Tea Bread Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. Grease a 9X5X3 inch loaf pan.
  3. Sift flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt.
  4. With a spoon, thoroughly mix shortening w/ sugar.
  5. Add in Large eggs and beat together till mix is ligth and fluffy.
  6. Beat in flour w/ bananas and apricots till smotth and creamy.
  7. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour.
  8. Cold inpan for 10 mins and remove.
