Beef Paprika
- 14 cup oil
- 2 12 lbs lean beef chuck (trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste (6 ounce)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 34 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- Heat oil large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add meat, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar substitute, salt, paprika, mustard powder and 1 1/2 cup water.
- Pour into crock pot and cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
- Stir in sour cream just before serving.
