Beef Paprika

  1. Heat oil large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add meat, and garlic; cook and stir until meat is browned.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar substitute, salt, paprika, mustard powder and 1 1/2 cup water.
  4. Pour into crock pot and cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
  5. Stir in sour cream just before serving.
