Pecan Maple Pie Recipe

  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  4. With a rotary beater, beat together the Large eggs, sugar, salt, butter and syrup.
  5. Fold in the pecans and pour into the pie shell.
  6. 3.
  7. Bake 15 min.
  8. Reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees and bake 25 min longer, or possibly till the filling is set and the pastry is browned.
  9. Serve cool or possibly slightly hot.
  10. Yield: 6 servings.
