Tropical Salad
- 13 cup olive oil
- 13 cup Wesson Oil
- 13 cup sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon all purpose Greek seasoning
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 13 cup white vinegar
- 12 cup toasted coconut
- 12 cup toasted almond
- 1 head bibb lettuce, cut up
- mandarin orange
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, cut in bit size pieces
- mix 3 oils in blender and set aside blend greek seasoning mustard sugar and vinegar .
- while blending add oil slowly .
- cut lettuce drain oranges cut shrimp in bite size pieces and toss all in a glass bowl pour dressing on top add nuts and coconut.
