Fruit Salsa and Baked Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

  1. For the fruit salsa: Combine all of the prepared fruit into a medium bowl and mix in the preserves.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve!
  3. For the baked pita chips: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  5. Spread the pitas with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar on both sides.
  6. Cut into strips or triangles and place on baking sheets.
  7. Working in batches, bake for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy!
  8. Serve with chilled fruit salsa.
