Creamed Corn Casserole Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can cream style corn
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 2/3 c. shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Combine all ingredients; pour into a buttered round casserole.
- Bake 50-55 min in a 350 degree oven.
