Red Cabbage Pow!
- 1/2 md. red cabbage
- 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage, quarter it, then finely shred half.
- Combine the red wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil and brown sugar in a small plastic container with a lid and shake until well combined.
- Immediately before serving, pour the dressing over the cabbage and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
