Red Cabbage Pow!

  1. Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage, quarter it, then finely shred half.
  2. Combine the red wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil and brown sugar in a small plastic container with a lid and shake until well combined.
  3. Immediately before serving, pour the dressing over the cabbage and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
