Pan fried pork chops

  1. Mix 1 teaspoon seasoning mix with flour.
  2. Sprinkle seasonings on both sides of the pork chops.
  3. Heat iron skillet over high heat.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons bacon grease.
  5. Place chops in pan.
  6. Brown, flip, brown.
  7. Reduce heat to med, .
  8. Cover.
  9. Continue to cook 5-7 mins.
  10. Remove lid.
  11. Raise heat to high cook 4-5 minutes flip and cook another 5-6 minutes, to firm up flour coating.
  12. Allow to rest on plate, loosely covered 5 minutes.
  13. Serve.
