Reuben Salad

  1. Toss coleslaw blend with 1-1/2 cups of the dressing (or 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing for trial recipe).
  3. Let stand 10 min.
  4. Combine lettuce mix with remaining 1/2 cup dressing (or remaining 1 tsp.
  5. dressing for trial recipe).
  6. For each serving: Place 1 cup of the coleslaw on serving plate; top with 1 cup of the lettuce mixture, 1 oz.
  7. meat (3 slices), 2 Tbsp.
  8. cheese and dash of black pepper.
  9. Surround with 3 tomato halves and 1 Tbsp.
  10. red peppers.
  11. Serve with 1 breadstick.
