Arlene'S Burritos
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small can green chiles
- 1 pkg. fajita size tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- picante sauce
- grated cheese
- chopped lettuce
- chopped tomatoes
- chopped olives (black and green)
- Place hamburger meat in a large skillet.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder and onion; brown together.
- Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles; stir well.
- Lower fire, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir once.
- Add sour cream and simmer 5 minutes.
- Place desired amount on tortillas.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives and picante sauce to taste.
- Fold and enjoy.
