Stuffed Pattipan Squash

  1. preheat oven to 375F
  2. chop pepper and onions garlic and mushrooms to small pieces
  3. melt butter in large frypan and saute all the chopped veggies till tender
  4. cut the top off of your squash and hollow it out to make a nice bowl
  5. when veggies are soft salt and pepper to taste then toss in the shrimp and stir them in really well turn off the burner and let them sit
  6. spoon your mixture into the squash bowl till it almost fills the bowl
  7. top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 45 to 55 minutes
  8. enjoy and heat hearty
