Apricot Chews Recipe

  1. Cook apricots and raisins over low heat in water till water is absorbed.
  2. Cold slightly and add in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar or possibly frosting.
  3. Blend well and spread in a greased 9" pan.
  4. Bake at 350F for 35-40 min.
  5. Cut into bars while hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar or possibly spread with frosting.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Spread on bars.
  8. Makes 24 bars
