Baked Lemon Fish
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 medium Lemon
- 3 slice Cucumber
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Fish Seasoning
- 2 Sweet peppers
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 small Tilapia
- Place the Fish on a piece of foil paper and squeeze the lemmon on both sides.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl
- Brush both sides of the fish with mixed ingredients and place the slices of cucumber on it.
- Wrap the fish with the foil and marinate for an hour
- Preheat the oven to 175C.
- Place in the oven for 12 minutes and flip to the other side for 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool and serve with sweet peppers to taste.
