Pavlova
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 whipped cream
- 1 fresh berries
- Preheat oven at 300 F.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff.
- Gradually add sugar, whisking all the time until very stiff.
- Fold in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Line baking tray with parchment paper and spoon mix onto baking tray and spread out, but not too thin.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Cool on wire rack then transfer to plate.
- Top with whipped cream and decorate with fruit.
