Meat Balls Espanol Recipe

  1. Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, egg, 1 1/2 tsp.
  2. garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Form into 12 meat balls.
  5. Place in a greased shallow baking pan.
  6. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 min.
  7. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes and zucchini with remaining seasonings; simmer 5 min.
  8. Blend cornstarch and broth; stir into tomato mix.
  9. Pour over meat balls, continue baking 10 min longer.
  10. Serve over beds of fluffy rice.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
