Yummy homemade chilli
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cilantro , to your liking
- 1 can pintos, drained and rinsed
- 2 can tomato sauce, 15 ounce size
- 1 worcestershire sauce
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 chili seasoning packet or your very own homemade seasoning
- 2 cup water or a little more if you prefer
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cayenne pepper to taste
- Chop your onion and.cilantro then add the butter to your pot and melt.
- When the butter is melted add your onion and cilantro and saute until onion is translucent.
- Next add your meat and garlic salt, pepper, and worchesire sauce (all to taste) And cook until meat is done then drain and put back in pot.
- Add your beans, chili seasoning, tomato sauce, water, 2 tbls worchesire sauce, garlic salt to taste, black pepper to taste, and cayenne to taste.
- Stir everything and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
