French Onion Dip Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 pound Baby Bella Mushrooms, Stems Removed
- 2 cups Your Favorite Onion Dip
- 1/2 cups Crushed Potato Chips
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. Melt butter in an oven safe saute pan over medium heat.
- Brown the mushroom caps in the butter.
- Once the mushrooms are browned, remove the pan from heat and stuff them with your favorite onion dip.
- We made our own but you can use any store bought dip as well.
- Sprinkle with crushed potato chips and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the chips are golden brown.
