Scalloped Potatoes 50 Servings Recipe
- 10-12 lbs. peeled, thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 gallon lowfat milk
- Place in 2 greased 12"x20" pans.
- Sprinkle with the salt.
- In small kettle heat butter and add in flour and salt.
- Cook till smooth, stirring about 2 min.
- Add in lowfat milk slowly in 4 c. amounts.
- Keep stirring.
- Cook till thick.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
