Scalloped Potatoes 50 Servings Recipe

  1. Place in 2 greased 12"x20" pans.
  2. Sprinkle with the salt.
  3. In small kettle heat butter and add in flour and salt.
  4. Cook till smooth, stirring about 2 min.
  5. Add in lowfat milk slowly in 4 c. amounts.
  6. Keep stirring.
  7. Cook till thick.
  8. Pour over potatoes.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
