Ruby Red Dressing Recipe

• 1/2 c. currant jelly
• 1/4 c. vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• Dash of salt
• Few drops onion juice

1. Beat jelly with fork till smooth.
2. Add in rest of ingredients and beat till smooth.
3. 3/4 c. dressing.
