Curried Pork With Vegetables Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or possibly wok over medium-high heat till warm but not smoking.
  2. Add in pork and peanuts; stir fry about 4 min till meat is no longer pink in the middle and nuts are lightly browned.
  3. Remove from slotted spoon to serving platter.
  4. Put vegetables in skillet and stir fry till thawed and crisp tender, about 4 min.
  5. Remove to same platter.
  6. Put remaining ingredients in skillet; cook till sauce boils and mix dissolves.
  7. Add in pork and vegetables.
  8. Toss with sauce to coat proportionately.
  9. Heat through.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
