Quick, Easy, Pico de Gallo

  1. Before juicing the limes, roll them on the counter while pressing down with your palm to help break down the interior membranes and make juicing easier.
  2. Combine all ingredients and add lime, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Note: Remember that limes change tartness and sweetness as they ripen.
  4. I definitely recommend adding lime slowly to this recipe according to your taste.
  5. Add extra jalapeno if you like things spicier!
  6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. The longer this sits, the better the flavors combine.
