Quick, Easy, Pico de Gallo
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cups Diced Onion
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Diced Jalapenos
- 1- 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes (seeded)
- Juice Of 1-2 Limes ( To Taste)
- 2 sprigs Fresh Cilantro
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Before juicing the limes, roll them on the counter while pressing down with your palm to help break down the interior membranes and make juicing easier.
- Combine all ingredients and add lime, salt and pepper to taste.
- Note: Remember that limes change tartness and sweetness as they ripen.
- I definitely recommend adding lime slowly to this recipe according to your taste.
- Add extra jalapeno if you like things spicier!
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- The longer this sits, the better the flavors combine.
