Breakfast Pudding
- 1 cup millet or 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 12 cup fruit, pureed (berries, apricots, apples, bananas, etc)
- 2 tablespoons juice (orange or apple)
- 14 cup nuts, coursely chopped (nuts, almonds, brazil nuts, etc)
- place the cooked starch in a cereal bowl.
- pour in fruit & juice.
- top with nuts.
- heat if desired.
