Grilled Nectarines with Honey-Balsamic Glaze

  1. Whisk 1/2 cup honey, vinegar, and vanilla in small bowl.
  2. Whisk creme fraiche and remaining 2 tablespoons honey in medium bowl to blend.
  3. (Glaze and creme fraiche mixture can be made 1 day ahead.
  4. Cover separately.
  5. Refrigerate creme fraiche mixture.
  6. Rewhisk both before using.)
  7. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  8. Brush nectarines generously with half of glaze.
  9. Grill until heated through, turning occasionally, about 4 minutes.
  10. Arrange 2 nectarine halves, cut side up, on each plate.
  11. Drizzle with remaining glaze.
  12. Spoon some creme fraiche mixture into center of each nectarine half and serve.
