Scones

  1. In a large bowl, wisk buttermilk, eggs, and margarine.
  2. Add yeast cakes.
  3. In a small bowl, combine salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar.
  4. Add enough flour until dough is easy to handle.
  5. Raise 2 hours.
  6. Roll out 1/4" think.
  7. Cut and deep fry in oil.
