Old Mexico Chili
- 1 1/2 pounds stewing beef cubed
- 2 pounds ground beef, lean
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 16 ounces tomatoes stewed
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce more if like it hot
- Place all the ingredients in cooker, mix thoroughly, cover.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
