King Zulu (Lucky Player King Cake Vodka)

• gold colored crystal sugar (can be purchased at Walmart)
• 2 ounces lucky player king cake vodka
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 12 ounce coconut syrup
• 12 fresh lime juice
• sparkling soda water or sparkling wine, to top

1. Rim a Collins-type glass with gold colored sugar.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker; shake.
3. Pour into an ice-filled cocktail glass rimmed with gold-colored sugar.
4. Top with soda water or sparkling wine.
