Pineapple Rhubarb Mold Recipe

  1. Combine rhubarb, sugar and water.
  2. Cover and cook just till tender, about 5 min.
  3. Drain thoroughly, saving syrup.
  4. Combine pineapple and rhubarb syrups and add in water to make 3 1/2 c.. Heat to boiling.
  5. Add in Jello and stir.
  6. Add in lemon juice.
  7. Cold till partially set.
  8. Mix in rhubarb, pineapple and nuts.
  9. Pour into mold.
