Spinach and Feta Appetizers
- 2 pkg. (235 g each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Remove dough from package.
- Pinch together all dough triangles in pairs to form rectangles.
- Cut each rectangle in half to form a square and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix spinach, feta and dressing in medium bowl.
- Spoon 1-1/2 Tbsp.
- filling onto centre of each square.
- Pull up opposite edges to centre of filling and pinch to seal.
- Repeat with remaining edges, pinching to seal.
- Bake 13 to 15 min.
- or until golden.
