Healthy Nachos

  1. I know this will sound silly to post this here, but i was so excited about my finding... that I have to share...
  2. Celery is crunchy, and pretty much tasteless... so it goes perfectly with pretty much anything!

  4. Wash the celery, cut it up any size you want.
  5. Spread on a plate.
  6. Warm up the cheese for about 45 seconds, pour over celery evenly.
  7. Enjoy.
  8. I promise you, you will feel as if you ate nachos and you have just saved yourself 500 calories worth of chips.
  9. Celery is the only negative calorie food, which mean you actually burn more calories eating it, than there is in it.
  10. haha Nacho cheese has 80 calories per 1/4 cups.
  11. I now buy mine at Sams club, the big container.

  13. I have made this with canned chicken breast with the celery and its absolutely delicious.
  14. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you like spicy, or even jalapenos peppers!
  15. Be creative!
  16. I lost 5 pounds in a week doing this instead of the chips, and I have never craved the chips again, since I still get the cheese
