Vegetable & Grilled Chicken Pizza
- 1 pound Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Grilled
- 1 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets, Steamed
- 1/2 cups Grape Tomatoes, Cut In Halves
- Preheat your oven to 425 F. Roll out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with most of the mozzarella cheese.
- Cube your grilled chicken, put it into a bowl toss it with the BBQ sauce, then add it on top of the cheese.
- Top pizza with broccoli florets and grape tomatoes, followed by the remaining amount of cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Enjoy!
