Hot Chocolate To Die For

  1. For each cup, in a double boiler combine ingredients.
  2. Stir together until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Then add the cream.
  4. Add the half-and-half or cream slowly, incorporating it gradually as it heats but do not boil.
  5. Serve over a handful of miniature marshmallows and garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
