You'll be Addicted! Tofu with Chinese Garlic Chive Sauce

  1. Chop the garlic finely.
  2. Stir fry in heated sesame oil until aromatic.
  3. Add finely chopped Chinese chives to the pan.
  4. Heat tofu in the microwave to drain the excess water.
  5. Add sugar, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce and stir.
  6. Pour over the tofu.
  7. Serve.
